Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee brand, packaging, and advertising design executions across typography, color, and layout standards, ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines
- Creative Asset Management: Oversee key visual assets across packaging, advertising, displays, and catalogs, while also supporting selected digital assets to ensure consistent brand identity
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines (templates, color palettes, typography, imagery) to ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, sales) to deliver integrated creative solutions and manage multiple complex projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 8-10 years of professional experience in brand, packaging, and digital design within the beauty, consumer goods, or related industries
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong expertise in typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- In-depth knowledge of print production processes and vendor management
- Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven ability to manage and mentor teams
