We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join Kiss 105.3 in Gainesville, FL. This on-site role involves managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales to meet revenue goals. Key responsibilities include creating customized advertising solutions, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent client service. The Account Executive will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless campaign implementation and maintain a deep understanding of station offerings to effectively consult with clients.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
