Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (or Senior Growth Marketing Manager, depending on experience) with deep expertise in growth and performance marketing to help scale Kismet’s omnichannel acquisition and retention programs. This role translates brand strategy into measurable impact, driving awareness, trial, and loyalty across paid media, retail promotions, and marketplace channels.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Digital, brand/social/creative teams, and agency partners to optimize paid media, manage campaign execution, analyze results, and continuously test your way to better performance. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Growth Marketing
- Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, partnering with agencies and internal teams to deliver measurable growth.
- Develop and track a structured A/B testing roadmap across creative, audiences, placements, and offers with creative and agency partners.
- Own reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, subscription metrics, etc), including building out dashboards for visibility across leadership and cross-functional teams (GA4, Looker, or similar).
- Use (and help optimize) AI and automation tools in partnership with Tech to accelerate testing and streamline campaign creation and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership on budget pacing, spend allocation, and attribution modeling
Retail & Marketplace Marketing
- Lead omnichannel marketing initiatives tied to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail moments
- Coordinate promotional strategy across retail and DTC channels to maximize reach and revenue
- Manage and optimize third-party marketplace programs (e.g. Chewy), ensuring advertising and merchandising alignment
Campaign Management & Creative Collaboration
- Maintain and manage Kismet’s master campaign calendar across all channels
- Partner with the creative team on brief development and asset needs for performance marketing
- Build and test high-performing UGC and creator content, developing repeatable frameworks that connect emotionally and perform measurably.
Cross-Functional Support & Lifecycle Integration
- Share performance insights with lifecycle, CRM, and retention teams to enhance segmentation and messaging
- Identify and help optimize post-purchase and loyalty moments that deepen engagement, boost repeat purchases, and accelerate subscription growth.
- Translate acquisition insights into actionable retention and upsell strategies that drive long-term customer value.
Key Qualifications
- 4–8 years of growth / performance marketing experience (DTC or subscription-based brand preferred)
- Proven experience directly managing Meta, Google, and TikTok ad ecosystems
- Familiarity with third-party marketplaces (e.g., Chewy, Amazon) and retail media
- Strong understanding of testing, attribution, and analytics (GA4, UTM tracking, dashboards, etc.)
- Experience building and optimizing creator and UGC content for paid channels
- Highly collaborative and excited to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, pet-loving culture
