Retail Store Manager (Full-Time)
Sweetly Kismet Candy Store is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee
daily operations, lead our team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. We are

and a proven ability to manage and develop employees.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone looking for a long-term career in retail

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet sales and customer service goals.
- Delegate tasks and hold employees accountable for performance.- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor efficiently
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory and merchandising.
- Open and close the store and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Work alongside the team during busy periods and lead by example.
Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience required.
- Experience managing, coaching, and delegating work to multiple employees.

Availability Requirements
