Description
- Create and field client intakes
- Collect and record information from potential clients and open cases in case management software
- Send and receive retainer agreements for perspective clients who meet the specific criteria.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information
- Combine data from multiple systems
- Regular, consistent, punctual attendance
- Follow-up on intakes (as needed)
- Placing outbound calls
- Contact with medical providers and clients regarding availability of doctor appointments
- Follow up calls from medical providers when clients are non-compliant with appointments
- Consistent and regular communications with clients regarding appointments
- Consistent and regular communications with legal team regarding clients
- Understanding of general legal procedures and business practices
- Standard clerical and general office administration procedures
- High volume phones, call center and/or law firm experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to exercise good judgment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Must work well in a team atmosphere
- Ability to lift a minimum of twenty pounds
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must type 45 wpm with accuracy
- No Supervisor responsibility
- This is a full time position, standard hours Monday – Friday of 40 hours per week. Some overtime, as necessary based upon projects.
