Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to respond to calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist with billing inquiries and ensure accurate charges are applied to guest accounts.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are reconciled accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Experience with Hilton and Choice systems preferred but not required. PEP / ChoiceAdvantage
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective guest relations.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
