What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Kish Elite Networking LLC?
I own a 40M per year online fitness company and want help with the administrative part of my responsibilities there - I am looking for an assistant who thinks like an operator and can support me by unblocking the things in the way of my growth.
- correspondences on my behalf
- scheduling
- cordinating
- booking travel / flights
- hiring other assistants (home/shopping etc.)
In addition to this, I have an extremely big vision around myself as a brand "Luke Kish" and teaching "the soul behind the business" , and I want you to help me spearhead this while its pre revenue, and then help me staff it once it is begins. You will be operating it to start and helping me build the "Luke Kish" brand.
- outreach to get me podcasts
- finding speaking opportunities
- organizing the content from it
- helping me staff a team
Lastly you will help me with any "seed level" thoughts or ideas that i want to pursue.
This job role will be big in the future with 100's of M of revenue running through me and my companies (not that far from now) and will turn into a full on highly functioning brand machine and business-building situation.
As far as pay goes, I will pay you what you are worth, which is why I put the big range. I have 180 employees and a full CSuite, so I understand incentives. This role has earning potential and can be creative. I am open-minded, which is why I have a big range, 65-200.
