Events Coordinator

Join Kish Bank, where we believe great events create meaningful connections. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of impactful events—from corporate meetings and employee celebrations to community outreach and private functions. This role is key in shaping memorable experiences for clients, employees, and partners alike.

The responsibilities of the role include organizing Kish Corporate or private events including meeting with internal stakeholders to assess event needs, maintaining partnerships with vendors and caterers, and collaborating with departments across the organization to oversee event planning, invitations, set-up, execution, and post-event activities. Coordinating the activities of staff, venue personnel, and attendees to plan and execute meetings, events, and conventions that align with organizational objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree. 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination required. 

• Experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts. 

• Prior experience in a corporate of banking environment a plus. 

• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.

• Confident negotiating vendor contracts and managing budgets.

• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
