Kish Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst I to join our Credit Administration team in Reedsville, PA. This in-office role plays a key part in supporting sound lending decisions by evaluating financial statements, conducting credit analyses, reviewing loan documentation, and assisting with the ongoing monitoring of commercial loan portfolios. What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality service and timely responses to internal and external partners.
- Prioritize requests and collaborate with team members across departments to ensure accurate credit decisions and customer resolution.
- Support monitoring of commercial lending relationships by preparing comprehensive credit memorandums and validating appropriate risk ratings.
- Gather necessary financial data, perform industry research, and analyze financial statements to assess borrower strength.
- Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare clear, well-written credit analyses and reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong reading, writing, grammar, and math skills.
- Clear and professional oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and financial-analysis software.
- Ability to conduct reliable online research and synthesize findings.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.
Physical Requirements
