Parts Counter
Job Overview:

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in identifying and selecting the right parts for their vehicles
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of parts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and taxes
- Handle cash transactions with precision and integrity
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking parts information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in an powersports/automotive parts environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in using a cash register and processing transactions
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and inventory managementy
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers when needed
