Overview
Kiser Harriss is looking for an experienced, detail oriented, Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills as the position has a great deal of contact with our customer and our customer’s customers. Other responsibilities for the CSR include processing customer orders, assembling paperwork for outbound deliveries, monitoring the progress of each order from start to finish, assisting warehouse team leads, reviewing inventory when needed and supporting other business functions as required. Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and various warehouse management systems is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle emails and phone calls from our customer, as well as trucking companies
- Process customer orders in WMS system, work with warehouse team to ensure proper completion.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are properly logged in our WMS.
- Follow the order progress from start to finish and communicate with the customer accordingly.
- Process shipping documents.
- Assist with other functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Preference of at least 2 years customer service experience with background in warehousing or logistics
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of detail.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skill set.
- Must be computer proficient, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience working with an WMS/SAP system is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.42 - $26.01 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
