Job Description
The Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through compassionate care and meaningful connections. This position supports residents with daily activities, encourages independence, and helps create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive while receiving exceptional person-centered care.
**$2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months **
Pay & Shift Differentials
- Base Pay: $ 17.25 - 17.45/hour
- Evening Shift: $18.95/hour (includes $1.50 differential)

- Part Time
- 6a - 2p
- 2p – 10p
Requirements
- CNA / NA or PCA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service
