What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Kisco Senior Living?
The HR Coordinator @ The Cardinal at North Hills will work closely with the Community HR leader. The HR Coordinator will provide human resources support to the HR Community leader in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, file management, learning and development, associate relations, payroll, benefits, compensation, workers’ compensation, administering policies and procedures, new associate orientation/on-boarding and HRIS. This role will also include front desk assistance.
Schedule: Full Time | Monday - Friday
Pay Rate $ 27 - $28/hr
Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?
- Support associates and managers regarding all human resources practices and programs under the supervision of the lead HR position at the Community.
- Work with other community HR representatives, Home Office and assist the community to comply with human resources related company policies as well as all applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in training new managers on Recruiting process.
- Coordinate or assist with all pre-employment screening and post-hire procedures.
- Coordinate and support associate training programs and maintain training records. Coordinate and participate in new associate orientation and on-boarding programs.

- High school education or GED equivalent required
- College degree preferred
