Job Description
The Dining Room Manager @ Abbotswood at Stonehendge is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates.
Schedule: Full Time| Off Tuesday & Wednesdays
Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm
Monday 10:30am-7:00pm
Thursday 10:30am-7:00pm
Friday 10:30am-7:00pm
Saturday 10:30am-7:00pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid HolidaysExcellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K

What will I do every day?
- Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues
- Manage the front of house team
- Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
- Record production and operational data as required
- Create effective schedules, plan and forecast labor by budget
- Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Be a great team player
- A high school diploma required
- Minimum of three years’ food service experience in a supervisory role required
- POS user experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
- A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
- Current ServSafe Manager’s Certification or ability to attain within first 90 days
