The Dining Room Manager @ Magnolia Glen is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates.
Schedule Based on Business Needs (Typical shifts 7a-4p or 11a-8p - including weekends as needed)
Salary Range $60k - 65K
Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?
- Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues
- Manage the front of house team
- Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
- Record production and operational data as required
- Create effective schedules, plan and forecast labor by budget
- Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
- Minimum of five years food service supervisory experience required
- Employee training experience
- Scheduling
- Managing Labor management
- POS user experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
