The Skilled Nursing Registered Nurse RN p rovides high quality nursing services to community residents based on each resident’s individual service plan and physician’s orders. R esponsible for the delivery of quality care by encouraging independence and ensuring each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.

$48-$50/hr $6 night shift differential

Full-Time & Part-Time Night Shift (Alternating Weeks)

What will I do every day?
- You will monitor residents’ well-being in a general way and report any changes in condition
- Effectively supervise departmental operations on a day-to-day basis
- Assess residents to identify their physical, psycho social and environmental needs
- Communicate, identify, report and document problems
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately
- Identify and recommend other disciplines needed for quality care of the resident
- Document evaluation f nursing interventions including resident response
- Assess resident and staff knowledge base of disease process, treatment regimen and/or medication administration and assist with care plans
- Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director
- Assist with Medication Management Program
- Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process
- Present required new hire training and ongoing skills training for associates
- As well as perform other related duties as required
- One-year or more experience as a nurse in a senior care setting preferred
- Assisted living and/or dementia experience preferred
- Hands on experience with ports and Huber needles a plus
- Experience in wound care
- Hands on experience with Dialysis shunts a plus
- Current active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program
