Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position based in Plano, TX. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, maintaining records, and supporting the clinic's administrative and organizational needs. This role requires consistent and effective communication with both staff and patients to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and handling daily office tasks.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to provide excellent customer service and efficient communication with patients and staff.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance or similar roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment.
