We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. This position involves providing expert advice and assistance to clients seeking mortgage solutions, including evaluating financial profiles and determining loan eligibility. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing loan applications, collaborating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you play a key role in assisting members in achieving their homeownership and financial goals while supporting the credit union's mission.

• Knowledge and experience in Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and Loan Officer roles
• Proficiency in Underwriting processes and related financial analysis
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on communication, relationship building, and problem-solving
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and credit union policies
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and handle multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the mortgage and financial lending sector is highly desirable
