What We’re Looking For
- Must have 3 years of Fine Dining Management experience
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
- Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire, and grow a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays (closed on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day).
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a high-end cocktail program that reflects the restaurant’s culture and brand.
- Source premium spirits and mixers while maintaining cost efficiency and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on seasonal features, pairings, and promotional events.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Manage inventory, minimize waste, and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders and barbacks, building a skilled and hospitality-driven team.
- Provide ongoing mixology and service training to ensure excellence.
- Deliver world-class guest experiences, including personalized service for regulars.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Partner with marketing to showcase bar offerings through events and promotions.
- Champion the restaurant’s culture, values, and service standards.
- Deliver an elevated guest experience through refined service and polished floor operations.
