Mac Haik Restaurant Group is opening an upscale dining restaurant in Houston and is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our New Restaurant Opening (NRO) team. 3 years of fine dining management experience.

Proven ability to lead both FOH and BOH teams.

Strong financial, leadership, and communication skills.

Extensive wine knowledge; sommelier certification preferred.

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server certificates.

Must be available nights, weekends, and select holidays (closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving).

Partner with the GM to oversee daily restaurant operations.

Lead FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service and execution.

Manage the wine program, vendor relations, and staff training.

Drive profitability through cost control and labor management.

Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns.

Support training, culture, and development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor standards.
