Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients. Assisting with checking them in/out
- Verifying patient insurance information
- Scheduling patients
- Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
- Accurately record patient information and accept payments
- Schedule appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Friendly and professional disposition
- A passion for dentistry/healthcare
- Two or more years of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic
- Familiar with computers
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented
