Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the physical inventory of furniture, fixtures, and equipment and coordinates with the accounting department
- Assist with inspection of construction and installation progress
- Ensure preventive maintenance and storage of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of all facilities
- Assist in managing the lawn maintenance, including ice and snow removal at all locations
- Occasional travel to Colorado Branches when necessary

- Ability to read building plans
- Ability to work in a self-disciplined environment
- Ability to balance multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Construction experience preferred
- Prolonged periods standing, walking, and sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Professional office environment
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
