Qualifications:
The Business Analyst – Omnichannel is a critical bridge between data, strategy, and execution. Reporting to the Director of Central Planning, this role transforms complex datasets into actionable recommendations that drive sales, optimize inventory, and enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Own/Automate weekly and monthly Business Report recaps (sales, margin, traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.).
- Detailed analysis & recommendations for promotional & coupon activities for store business
- Develop Reporting that Identifies Store Level Plans across major KPIs
- Identify trending opportunities/risks (e.g., regional sell-through variance, category cannibalization).
Assortment & Inventory Analytics
- Partner with planners to validate OTB assumptions using historical velocity, elasticity, and lifecycle curves.
- Conduct pre-season hindsight analysis to refine promotional strategies and margin enhancements
- Monitor inventory health KPIs: WOS, aged inventory, DC Availability
Dashboard & Tooling Development
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive and operational teams
Ad Hoc projects & analysis as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 2–5 years as a Business/Data Analyst in ecommerce, retail, or CPG Experience with omnichannel (BOPIS, STH) a plus.
- Technical Skills including Power BI (dashboard design, DAX/M) and Excel (PivotTables, Power Query)
- Curiosity-driven problem solving
- Ability to distill complexity into clear stories
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
