What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flooring Sales Associate position at Kirkland's Flooring?

Candidates do not need to have flooring or home design experience in order to qualify although experience would be considered a plus! Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in customers on the showroom floor, by phone, or online
- Manage high volume incoming phone calls
- Scheduling measure appointments and creating estimates
- Learn and maintain product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of showroom
Job Qualifications:
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, possess a high level of organization, and have great attention to detail
- Creative spirit with an eye for design
- Basic computer and iPad skills
- Experience in flooring and/or tile sales preferred but not required
Job Compensation:

This is a full-time position. Candidates would need to be able to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM as well as every other Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
