• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with internal teams and stay current on emerging trends and capabilities within Power BI and analytics tools.
What You’ll Bring

• CPA status or an MBA, as well as previous experience in a law/professional services firm is desirable, but not required.
• Technical Expertise – Strong proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Power Automate, and advanced Microsoft Excel required; experience with relational database concepts, Power BI report building, DAX knowledge, or Tabular Modeling is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking – Exceptional ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data while maintaining a clear understanding of broader business objectives.
• Problem Solving & Initiative – Proactive mindset with the ability to identify next steps, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
• Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Collaboration & Professionalism – Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
