ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Roofing Sales Rep, your day starts by reviewing warm leads-no cold calls here! You head out to meet homeowners, inspect their roofs, and uncover issues they need help solving. With our proven sales process, you present tailored solutions: repairs, replacements, or extending roof life with our rejuvenation process. As you build trust with homeowners, you'll close deals and follow up to ensure their satisfaction. The support you need-from training to team collaboration-is always just a phone call away.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 1 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably roofing, HVAC, or remodeling)
- Strong desire to succeed and help customers
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
