Our company is looking for an experienced Roof Repair Technician to join our team.
We are a well-established, family-owned roofing company that has been serving Southwest Florida for over 75 years. We perform quality residential roof repairs and replacements and are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and wants to be part of a professional team.
Responsibilities
-Diagnose and complete residential roof repairs
-Work on tile, shingle, metal, and modified bitumen roofing systems
-Perform repairs safely and efficiently
-Document completed work with photos using our mobile app
-Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
-Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Qualifications
Experience repairing:
-Tile roofs
-Asphalt shingles
-Metal roofing
-Modified bitumen roofing
-TPO or additional commercial roofing experience is a plus
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Authorized to work in the United States
-Dependable with excellent attendance
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Comfortable using a smartphone to receive work orders and upload photos
-Able to lift roofing materials and work outdoors in Florida conditions
