**Job Title: Tow Truck Driver**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver with a CDL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. The Tow Truck Driver must possess excellent customer service skills and have a strong mechanical background to handle autobody repairs when necessary.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate a flatbed tow truck to transport vehicles safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with vehicle breakdowns and offering support
- Perform basic autobody repairs as needed
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck with precision and care
- Maintain composure and the ability to effectively do your job in an emergency response situation.
- Handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
**Experience:**
- Prior experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CDL license is needed to operate Heavy Duty Wreckers
**Skills:**
- Flatbed towing experience
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proficiency in operating tow trucks
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
