Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, on-site
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay: $20 per hour

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
What You’ll Do:(but not limited to)
- Support shop operations, including inventory management and parts management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Deliver professional communication and excellent customer service
- Handle accounts receivable and organize customer billing
- Perform general office administration tasks
- Assist the Shop Manager as needed

What We are Looking for:
- 1-year previous experience in a shop environment, a service writer or parts manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license
