We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, assisting clients with their coverage needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include policy management, responding to client inquiries, processing endorsements, renewing policies, and collaborating with underwriters to secure comprehensive coverage solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining strong client relationships and delivering tailored insurance options.
- In-depth understanding of Commercial Lines Coverage and related insurance products
- Experience in Account Management and Customer Service with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and other insurance solutions
- Proficiency in working with insurance policies, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and utilize technology to maintain productivity
- Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified time frame
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a brokerage is advantageous
