Role Description The Commercial Lines Account Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and analyzing commercial lines coverage, preparing quotes, processing renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance, and maintaining accurate policy documentation. The role involves responding to client inquiries, handling policy changes, resolving service issues, and proactively identifying coverage gaps or opportunities. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will collaborate with producers and internal team members to support new business, retention efforts, and cross-selling opportunities, while ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines Coverage and general Insurance concepts applicable to business clients.
- Account Management skills, including managing client relationships, handling renewals, and organizing policy information.
- Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, respond promptly, and manage client expectations.
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and the ability to coordinate with related coverage when needed.
- Relevant insurance agency or brokerage experience in commercial lines; property and casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Proficiency with insurance management systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
