Job Summary
Seeking an Entry-Level Associate to join our Commercial Lines Team!
Responsibilities
- Manage sales administration tasks including preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy features clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling sensitive information and benefits administration.
Experience
- Preferred, but not required, proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably within the insurance industry or related fields.
- Preferred, but not required, strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Preferred, but not required, excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for serving diverse client bases.
- Preferred, but not required, demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Preferred, but not required, familiarity with sales administration processes, marketing strategies, and benefits management enhances effectiveness in this role.
- Preferred, but not required, experience in telemarketing or customer service roles that require proactive outreach and relationship building is advantageous.
