- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certifications in utility installation or related fields are a plus
