Kiri Kiri Korean Eatery is looking for Kitchen staff with the potential to grow with our company.
Kitchen experience is preferred (fryer experience a plus!), but can be trained.
A good attitude and willingness to learn are a must! We are looking for an organized and reliable individual that is looking for a long-term position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all served food and drink product
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
- Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
- Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
- Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields is plus.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and coworkers
Available shifts and compensation:
Full/Part Time Available
Starting $7.50 (based on experience upon interview)
