What You’ll Do as a Administrative Support
In this role, you will direct customers and vendors, manage calls, provide clerical support, and maintain a professional and positive environment.
You’ll:
- Perform administrative support functions as requested
- Engage in location projects as needed
- Plan and oversee the packing of products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Generate accurate bill of ladings for all outbound shipments
- Ensure timely pickups, regulatory requirements, and customer delivery expectations are met
- Communicate proactively regarding customer shipment status, delays, or exceptions
- High school diploma and/or 2 years relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once
- Credible and responsible team-player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Onsite, indoors, in a controlled temperature environment, with a variation of noise levels.
- This position will be working in an office environment, utilizing typical office equipment
- Fast-paced, collaborative, and competitive manufacturing business environment
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
