Kirby Sanitation is hiring Route Helpers for residential trash collection. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor job—not a sit-down position.
If you show up, work hard, and stay consistent, this is a solid, steady job. If not, this won’t be a fit.
✅ WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ride on a residential trash truck and service customer carts
- Lift, pull, and empty trash and recycling containers
- Return carts properly to customer locations
- Work alongside a driver to keep the route moving efficiently
⏰ SCHEDULE
- Start Time: As early as 3:00 AM
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Finish when the route is complete (typically afternoon)
