- Bathroom & basement remodels
- Deck & fence construction
- Window & door installation
- Structural framing & repairs
- Drywall installation & finishing
- Interior & exterior trim carpentry
- Siding, soffit & fascia repairs
- Insurance restoration & reconstruction
- Water damage demolition & rebuilds
- General carpentry & construction

QualificationsRequired
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to read a tape measure and use common hand and power tools
Preferred
- 2 years of construction, remodeling, or carpentry experience
- Experience with framing, finish carpentry, drywall, remodeling, or restoration
- Experience pulling trailers or operating construction equipment
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Winter Snow Removal Responsibilities
Kirby's Property Service also provides commercial snow removal during the winter months. All crew members are expected to assist with snow operations when needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating a company 3/4-ton pickup truck equipped with a snowplow
- Clearing commercial parking lots
- Shoveling sidewalks, entrances, and walkways
- Applying ice melt when necessary
- Working early mornings, overnight, weekends, and holidays during snow events
- Safely driving in winter weather conditions while representing the company professionally
