Kirby's flowers are looking for an experienced floral designer who has artistic abilities, good work ethic, have ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, self motivation, high level of enthusiasm, strong multitasking abilities, and ability to work efficiently as a member of a team oriented environment as a part-time or full time employee. We would prefer someone with floral design experience, but based on qualifications we will also train you to learn Kirby's flowers techniques.
Job requirements are designing fresh and silk bouquets daily for all occasions, including funeral, birthday, anniversary, speedy recovery, holiday bouquets, corsages, and weddings. Duties include ability to efficiently and professionally assist customers with their purchase selections using our point of sale computer to type the order, using the cash register for check out and demonstrating excellent customer service.
Kirby's Flowers have been in business 107 years with the third and fourth generation of the Kirby family running the business. Our peak business periods will require extended work days in a high pace atmosphere.
