The Strategic Contracts team plays a critical role in supporting Kirby Risk’s key customer relationships and strategic growth initiatives. If you can combine analytical thinking and analysis to provide support for our sales team, this is an opportunity to make an impact across the company!

What You’ll Do as a Strategic Contract Analyst

In this role, you’ll help manage strategic customer agreements, analyze account performance, and provide data-driven recommendations that support profitability, operational efficiency, and customer success.

You’ll:

• Analyze contract performance, pricing programs, and key account metrics to ensure compliance and support profitable growth
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and performance analytics using Excel and other business tools
• Monitor sales, margins, costs, service levels, and purchasing trends to identify opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with sales, operations, purchasing, marketing, accounting, pricing and supplier partners to support customer objectives and resolve issues
• Conduct competitive market analyses and provide recommendations regarding pricing, product offerings, and market opportunities
• Evaluate inventory performance, usage trends, and product demand to support strategic account initiatives
• Maintain accurate contract, pricing, rebate, and account documentation while protecting confidential information
• Represent Kirby Risk with professionalism in every customer and vendor interaction

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2 years College-level coursework
• 2 years of relevant wholesale electrical knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of interpreting data and delivering actionable insights
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL preferred
• Experience with strategic accounts, pricing programs, inventory management or contract administration
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented team player
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Frequent interaction with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and distribution partners
• Adapt to varied office, warehouse, customer site, and industrial environments
• Occasional travel
• Primarily on-site, location flexibility, Monday-Friday | Flexible hours
