Job Summary:
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility, ensuring the work environment is at all times an impressive representation of Kirby Morgan Dive Systems Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Facility Maintenance/Safety Coordinator, maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on building and equipment.
- Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, plastering, and related tasks.
- Performs janitorial tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must follow company rules and regulations.
- Complies with established safety guidelines and procedures.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Must have a background in facility maintenance of at least 1 year.
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in facility maintenance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office is a plus.
- Ability to be very organized and keep the work station orderly.
- Ability to use time management wisely.
- Ability to work well with contractors.
- Ability to maintain good working relations with all departments at KMDSI
- Ability to be very accurate, attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to multitask while completing all assigned duties.
- Excellent team player.
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.

- $17.50 per hour with a performance review in 6 months and consideration for a pay increase.

- Assessment tests, including a job knowledge test.
- The successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment background check.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break
