Job Title: Food Service Associate Cold Food Prep
Location: Monticello, Illinois

Position Type: Full Time 40
Schedule: 6am-2:30pm M-F
Salary Range: $18.20-$22.75
*Compensation dependent on experience

Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Food and Nutrition Services Team Lead, Cold Food Prep performs a variety of patient, visitor and staff food service. This position primarily focuses on fresh food preparation for the Apple a Day Café, special funtions and patient room service menu. Daily, this position will also help support the food service tech by covering breaks and assisting with Room Service and dishes during that timeframe.

Requirements
- Highschool or equivalent required preferred.
- Current Illinois Food Protection Manager’s Certificate preferred.
- Previous upscale catering experience with knowledge of quality food preparation and service, preferred.
