About the Role

Kirby & Holloway is seeking a driven, motivated Sales Representative to help grow and support our customer base throughout Delaware and surrounding regions. This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and representing our long-standing brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This is an out-of-office, field-based role requiring strong self-management, excellent communication, and a genuine go-getter mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads in assigned territories
• Travel within region using company vehicle
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Present product information, pricing, and promotions to clients
• Create and deliver sales proposals
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Represent the company professionally during onsite visits and events
• Provide excellent time management and follow-up on all accounts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, field sales, or related customer-facing roles
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
• Strong time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Must be money-motivated and comfortable with commission-based earnings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Food industry or B2B experience a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Starting salary: $45,000 per year, based on experience
• Commission opportunities
• Mileage reimbursement and travel support, if applicable
