Receiving Associate – Part-Time
Location: Waikīkī
Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour bonus potential
Hours: 15–30 hours/week
Kira is looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to support inventory operations for Kira x Miffy and Aloha Kira.
This is a hands-on retail operations role focused on receiving merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory, organizing backstock, and keeping our stores stocked.
Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday required
- Plus 1–2 days Monday–Wednesday
- All shifts start at 7:00 AM
- Approximately 5–6 hours per shift
- No parking is available for this position

Responsibilities
- Receive, count, inspect, and process incoming merchandise
- Barcode, tag, and prepare products for the sales floor
- Verify quantities and report damages or discrepancies
- Prepare inventory transfers and pull store replenishment
- Organize and maintain backstock and receiving areas
- Deliver merchandise by cart between our Waikīkī office and nearby stores
- Update inventory using our systems and follow established receiving procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience required
- Retail stockroom, receiving, inventory, replenishment, or store operations experience preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual
- Able to work independently and follow established procedures
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work while maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable using basic technology and inventory systems
- Experience with Square, Thrive, Notion, or Google Sheets is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable pushing a cart between nearby Waikīkī locations
Compensation
Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience.
After your first month, you may earn an additional $1–$3/hour when our stores meet their sales goals.
