- Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements relevant to commercial drivers.
- Experience with Hiring processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Skills in Driver Retention strategies, relationship building, and supporting driver engagement.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with candidates, drivers, and internal teams.
- Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Plainfield, IL and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic office software.
