- Provide first-level and escalated technical support to end-users through help desk ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network equipment
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to optimize performance
- Monitor system health and implement preventive measures
- Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
- Deliver remote desktop support to users across the organization
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect organizational data
- Collaborate with IT team members to enhance support processes
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security rights
- Support virtual machine environments and cloud services
- Assist with mobile device management and support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2 years of experience in IT support or similar technical role
- CompTIA A , Network , or equivalent technical certifications
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with help desk systems and remote desktop tools
- Demonstrated expertise in system monitoring and maintenance
- Basic scripting and automation skills
- Knowledge of cloud services and virtual machine management
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
