This is a full-time, on-site Educator role based in Antioch, TN. As an Educator, you will deliver high-quality, engaging instruction to drive student academic growth and character development. Responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, collaborating with peers to improve teaching practices, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture, and building relationships with students, families, and the community to support student achievement. You will contribute to a mission-driven team focused on ensuring joyful and academically rigorous learning experiences for all students.
- Strong instructional skills, including lesson planning, curriculum development, and differentiation for diverse learners
