Kiowa District Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Critical Access Hospital team.

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately while monitoring patient response.
- Assess patients, recognize changes in condition, and communicate concerns promptly to providers and the healthcare team.
- Serve as the Charge Nurse during assigned shifts, helping coordinate patient care and support nursing operations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and recovery goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the medical record.
- Support patient safety initiatives and infection prevention practices.
- Provide compassionate care that promotes dignity, comfort, healing, and positive patient experiences.

What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Kansas LPN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
