Talent Acquisition Partner

KIOTI is searching for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our team to manage full-cycle recruitment, attracting and hiring top talent across all functions within KIOTI. The Talent Acquisition Partner is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in performing assigned responsibilities. Providing guidance to KIOTI management on industry trends and talent acquisition best-practices is essential to this role as it will be the primary contact for all talent acquisition needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also manage relationships with staffing agencies. 

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and hiring timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team structures, role requirements, and business goals to develop targeted sourcing strategies and position yourself as a trusted talent advisor.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Educate and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices, compliance, and process efficiency to ensure consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ADP WorkforceNow) to reflect real-time status of requisitions and candidates.
• Provide proactive communication and collaboration to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and optimize recruitment workflows to build talent pipelines for high-demand and recurring roles.
• Apply data-driven insights to inform sourcing strategies, improve time-to-fill, and enhance quality-of-hire, including presenting recruitment metrics and dashboards to stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Coordinating temporary assignments for warehouse and office positions through established partners.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, required.
• 4 years of experience in talent acquisition. 
• Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of confidentiality with uncompromising integrity and professional maturity.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Possess ability to see projects through conclusion and implementation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
•  Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and LinkedIn Recruitment a plus.
