JOB SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence Analyst supports recurring reporting, operational dataset maintenance, and structured data coordination activities across Sales, Dealer Development, and leadership teams. This role contributes to KIOTI’s transition toward a centralized analytics platform by improving reporting consistency and responsiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
- Produce standardized performance and operational reports
- Maintain Excel‑based reporting tools and Power BI dashboards
- Support ad‑hoc analytics requests from multiple departments
- Assist Territory Managers with structured data submission workflows
- Prepare datasets for dashboard refresh and analysis
- Perform data reconciliation and quality validation
- Maintain reference tables and KPI documentation
EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
