Key Responsibilities Of Job
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business agreements, including dealership, supply, and service contracts.
- Oversee corporate governance practices and help ensure adherence to best practices.
- Advise on risk management, including regulatory and compliance issues within the manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including HR, finance, and operational departments, to mitigate legal risks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments, industry regulations, and trends impacting the business.
- Provide support in dispute resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation management when necessary.
- Support other legal functions and special projects as assigned.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Licensed to practice law in one or more U.S. states.
- 3 to 5 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on corporate and contract matters.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
